Incident Command

Emergency Management

A registered charity, so everyone can afford help.

No Volunteer Fire Department left behind to figure it out.

No short-staffed police department left behind.

No scared ranch owner in an emergency at 3 am left behind.

A Quick Summary...

We are a collection of public safety lifetimer's who have compiled a list of everything we could do better to save more people in disasters more efficiently. Advanced Command Force addresses several of the goals of this list, and is first a community based disaster model.

We aim to handle a few different arenas.

1- Preparedness. Family and community based preparedness means everyone is ready when disaster strikes.

2- No more red tape for resources for fire departments or command posts. Access to a temperature controlled incident command post is currently being built from a retired school bus and will be available with a donation so no department is excluded.

3- We are an extension to local resources for any size incident. Where resources are stretched thin on normal operations, we can provide assistance.

4- Training training, and more training! Offering a reference point and being a bridge for people who want to get involved but aren't sure how is a long term community initiative we hold near and dear. We also work with working dogs, and are writing a program for youth involvement in community safety.

5- Weather programs-  One of our most vital capabilities is our plan to be able to echo warning systems to rural towns that may not hear a storm siren. This alone can save lives by adding precious minutes to their escape time. We also track weather as its a critical part of keeping our rescuers safe as conditions in the southwest change on a dime.

We want everyone to go home. That is the heart of our mission, and why we are building solutions for vulnerable gaps in resources, and why we care.

Our founders spent years in the under-funded side of rural firefighting and EMS, and while we salute the brave hearts of our volunteers, we see solutions to lighten the load and act as a support. We dearly appreciate every single donation we have received, as it directly funds our ability to continue to support our communities in their greatest time of need.

Texas July 4 Flood Deployment

A Letter From Advanced Command Force

On July 4th, 2025, the people of Kerrville, Texas, faced an unimaginable tragedy. In just hours, torrential rainfall turned calm rivers into deadly torrents. Flash floods tore through homes, washed away entire camps, and left families grieving, communities shattered, and hundreds missing. It was one of the deadliest inland floods in American history.

Advanced Command Force was honored to answer the call.

Over the course of two intense weeks, our volunteer team deployed to Kerr County and the surrounding Hill Country. We worked side by side with first responders, military units, local agencies, and countless brave volunteers. Our mission: locate the missing, support the survivors, restore communications, and bring help where hope felt out of reach.

Our teams conducted search and rescue across treacherous floodplains, delivered vital supplies, restored radio communications in off-grid zones, and helped coordinate relief logistics. We rescued dozens, assisted in body recoveries with dignity and care, and provided support to SAR and cadaver

dogs.

What we witnessed in Kerrville will stay with us forever — not just the loss, but the strength, unity, and resilience of a community in crisis.

To those we served, we carry your stories with us.

To those who supported us, we thank you.

And to those who want to join this mission — there’s room in the ranks. Whether through time, donation, or partnership, we invite you to stand with us. Because when disaster strikes, we show up.

Storm Response. Rapid Recovery. That’s what we do.

With respect and resolve,
